MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
Many individuals encounter difficulties or crises in their lives and benefit from speaking with a licensed therapist to overcome these challenges. Licensed, Master's Level therapists utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in reducing the symptoms of trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder, increasing resiliency, building coping skills, decreasing relationship obstacles and life stressors, and increasing one's sense of happiness and wellbeing.
Specific specialities include child sexual abuse, child welfare involvement, child and adult trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.
Evidence-based techniques utilized are based on each individual's needs but often include EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and play therapy.

KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-based form of psychedelic-assisted therapy that incorporates both ongoing psychotherapy and physician-supervised ketamine treatment. KAP is used to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses and symptoms, including symptoms which have been resistant to traditional treatment methods.
Conditions treated by KAP include PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use disorders, and chronic pain.
*Please note that not every client will be appropriate for KAP and all clients must complete assessment for services. KAP requires ongoing psychotherapy and may not be covered by your insurance provider.

GENDER-AFFIRMING COUNSELING
Many Queer-identifying individuals often experience discrimination and lack of support, leading them to experience higher rates of depression, anxiety, self-injurious behavior, substance abuse, and suicide. LGBTQIA+ individuals report higher rates of violence and bullying, societal stigma and isolation, and biased medical care.
Gender-Affirming Counseling provides a safe space for clients to process these challenges while reducing symptoms and increasing self-acceptance. For youth, Evidenced-Based Affirming treatment is also offered in a group setting with AFFIRM-trained clinicians.

ASSESSMENTS, COURT-RELATED EVALUATIONS & EXPERT TESTIMONY
Families are often unsure of the next step for their loved one. Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Certified Addiction Professionals are available to meet with clients to conduct assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and provide referrals for residential treatment centers, detoxification facilities, sober housing, and outpatient treatment.
Court-related psychosocial evaluations and other assessments are also available and may include court testimony as needed.

ADDICTION COUNSELING
Addiction Counseling Services are provided to individuals who have been able to achieve and maintain recovery from substance abuse and are seeking additional support in their recovery.
